These terms govern your use of the naholosoft.com website (the “Site”), operated by Naholosoft (“we”). By visiting the Site you agree to them.

They cover the Site only. Using our apps and services is governed by each product’s own terms, listed under 3. Product terms.

1. What the Site does

The Site introduces the software we build and gives you a way to get in touch. It offers product descriptions, screen examples and contact details, and nothing else.

• It is free to use.
• There is no account and no login.
• No payment is taken on the Site. Paid products are billed through their app store or under a separate deployment agreement.

2. About the content

Product descriptions, screens and figures reflect the date they were written and may change without notice. The content is informational: it is not an offer, and it does not fix the terms of any contract. Actual specifications, prices and scope are set by the relevant store listing or deployment agreement.

Names of people, companies, shops, addresses and amounts shown in screen examples are invented for illustration and bear no relation to real individuals or organisations.

The FabricDesk live demo is an evaluation sandbox and runs read-only. Everything in it is sample data. It is not a production environment: availability and data retention are not guaranteed, and you should not enter real business records into it.

The Site links out to external sites including Google Play. We do not control their content or their operation, and their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, code, logos and screen images on the Site belong to us or to their respective owners. You may read the Site and quote from it in the ordinary way. The following need our prior written consent:

• Copying the design or the wording of the Site into another service
• Using “Naholosoft”, “나홀로소프트”, “BizCard” or “FabricDesk” and their logos in a way that suggests an association with us
• Reselling or commercially redistributing the content of the Site

Food photographs are used under the Unsplash licence, with photographer credits given on the page that carries them.

6. Prohibited use

• Automated repeated requests that place an excessive load on the servers
• Unauthorised probing of, or intrusion attempts against, the Site
• Impersonating the Site, or implying an affiliation that does not exist
• Any use that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights

If you find a security vulnerability, we would be grateful if you told us before disclosing it.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that its content is always current. We may change or discontinue any part of it without prior notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site. This does not limit liability for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

Personal data on the Site is handled under our Privacy Policy. In short: the Site sets no cookies, carries no analytics, and collects nothing from you directly.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. A revision takes effect when it is posted on this page. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute relating to these terms or to the Site shall be brought before the court of first instance determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
