BizCard
Photograph a card.
Get a contact.
Name, company, phone and email sort themselves out.
Neither the photo nor the contact leaves the phone
With no server to send to, there is no path for a leak.
There is no server. Really.
Capture, recognition, storage and search all finish inside the phone. No server receives the card image or the contact, and there is no analytics SDK.
Only if you switch on Google Contacts sync does the phone talk directly to the Google People API. Crash reports are stripped of personal data and used for diagnosis only. Google Play handles billing, and we never see your payment method. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service spell this out in full.
